1.Please reschedule or cancel your appointment if you have a fever, cough or other flu symptoms.
2.Preventing the spread— only clients with appointments are allowed inside.
3.Please sanitize your hands before entering your massage room.
4.We will minimize some massages that direct face-to-face contact with clients.
5.Do not eat a heavy meal before the massage.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. We have an intake form that requires approximately 2 minutes to fill out and need to be completed before the start time of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot extend your session

Traditional Thai massage
Traditional Thai massage is one of many kinds of Thai massage, it will relieve your body and your mind. This type of massage incorporates the use of hands, arms, feet, elbow and knee to press, roll, squeeze, and pull through your body for activation of muscles and body systems.

Prenatal Massage
Sciatic nerve pain is experienced by many women in late pregnancy as the uterus rests on muscles of the pelvic floor and lower back. The pressure of the uterus spreads tension to the muscles of the upper and lower legs, causing them to swell and put pressure on nearby nerves. Massage therapy addresses the inflamed nerves by helping to release the tension on nearby muscles. Many women have experienced significant reduction in sciatic nerve pain during pregnancy through regular massage. Other potential benefits of prenatal massage include: reducing back pain, joint pain, muscle tension, headaches, stress, anxiety and promoting blood circulation by improving oxygenation of soft tissues and muscles.
Please note that we will not provide any type of massage service during the first trimester.

Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or have any health concerns related to pregnancy, please consult your health provider before massage. Pregnancy massage cannot be performed on women who are in their first trimester of pregnancy. Please let the front desk know this when scheduling your massage.
